It’s All About You
Recently I was in the little seaside town of Coffs Harbour, NSW, Australia and met up with a very good friend of mine Richard. Richard is a man far ahead of his time in regards to spiritual thinking.
Through talking with Richard, it reminded me of the importance of understanding how we are creating our lives and who is really responsible for all of it.
Once again it reminded me of the two energies that outplay continually within all life. The energy of non-truth that stems from the mind and past imprinting and structures, and spiritual truth extending from God/universe.
All negative experiences are the result of attachment to, or resistance to non-truth/fear, and all positive experience emanates from spiritual truth. The more we can align ourselves to truth, the better life is.
Because of our past conditioning, the initial stages of changing over our perceptions from non-truth to truth, many powerful non-truths can confront us. We can experience a sense of frustration and vulnerability.
When I first started to do my best to acknowledge all non-truth in my life and consciously work on aligning to truth, I experienced many ugly moments. I had lots of disharmony appear into my day-to-day reality.
I have felt angry, judgemental, critical, sad, narrow minded, victimized, and just about every negative experience known to man. Once again, I realised how powerful my thoughts are through this experience. It is always good to be reminded of that fact.
Thoughts create movement of energy.
As thoughts emanate from the mind, and as the mind is moulded on fear based energies, most of this movement of thoughts brings more non-truth. This often holds us in a non-truthful cyclic life. As a result of this, we get out of alignment and balance.
If I use the analogy of the seesaw, looking at non-truth one end and truth the other, I am constantly in struggle to hold balance by moving to one or the other end of the seesaw. One day it dawned on me if I just sit in the middle of the seesaw, balance is achieved with no effort. Sitting in the middle means sitting in allowance. Not actively working on changing anything, just watching movement. I have noticed the more I do this, the more the seesaw settles.
I am seeing many people imploding on themselves of late, myself included. It is very easy to activate the mind with lots of tension and negativity which all of us hold onto to maintain some level of control or sense of self.
As the planet rises in frequency, the walls of this illusion of who and what we are is rapidly crashing down, and no one can escape the awakening of real truth and love within society. We truly are in the initial stages of the true meaning of ascension.
Some people believe ascension to be some miracle awakening and everyone will uplift into another reality. Yes this is true, but this is not external, it is internal, and as we awaken internally, we will experience a new reality in our external life. This is the second coming of Christ, the realisation of our true self. This is the unfoldment of God within and all of the qualities it holds.
Once again it is important not to be on the end of the seesaw as balance is in the middle.
Another way of looking at the seesaw is seeing it as the human body and its chakra system. The base chakra emotion is fear, (non-truth) and the crown chakra is in alignment to spiritual consciousness (truth). the chakra that is in the middle is the heart centre. It’s the middle of the seesaw, the place of balance and allowance.
By sitting in the middle we can observe both ends and start to see truth and non-truth much clearly. By being in the middle, we have balance, grace and joy. Any practice that you know of that helps you develop more heart energy should be practiced with great enthusiasm, as this will allow you to have balance in your life.
