I was asked recently to make a comment on an article about the law of attraction. There was a debate over how it works., and if thoughts by themselves create all experience.

So below is a short excerpt of my answer to this persons question.

The law of attraction does not work on thought it works on emotions experienced through perception. The law of attraction creates and presents new experiences through an individuals internal energy shift.

99.9999%  cause of internal energy shift is related to perception.

An experience occurs – you perceive it based on past experience – this evokes emotion – this then amplifies sub-conscious patterns and electrical circuits in your brain – which then filters into the body, creating a shift in your internal energies quality and nature.

The universe then responds to this shift by presenting more experiences to validate what you now vibrate- and the cycle starts all over again, round and round

You change your internal vibration, the universe then presents experiences that evoke emotion.

The emotion you feel is what is always validated through the Law of attraction, not people mirroring you. People are never mirrors. People are drawn into your reality to evoke emotion – this is always what is attracted and validated by the Law of Attraction.
