Put simply, it’s all about energy, and becoming more subtle.
There are two main ways to expand our over-all vibrational fields. One is through spiritual practice and or aligning to energetic truth. The other is a natural ramification of the planet rising in vibration.
Everything in existence is expanding in frequency, this is all a part of the ascension process, which is all about all frequency raising, to eventually come into a vibrational match with the bigger piece of God – Home. Everything is on this journey back to God to obtain completion.
All things and life in existence is doing this.
Ever since we as little fragments of God broke away from the bigger piece of God, we have been playing an active role in creation and soul expansion, to journey back home – God
Regardless of how we shift in energy, the higher we vibrate, the subtler our fields become. When this occurs, we see and perceive more subtlety on many conscious and unconscious levels.
When we become subtler, we naturally become more sensitive to all things and experiences. With more sensitivity, we experience everything in a more dynamic and empowered way. This is great if we are being allowing of all experiences to occur, as this will greatly intensify our positive experience of it.
However, if we are resisting our life, or repressing emotional issues, which generally cause energetic dysfunction, this will also be intensified too.
With any increase in energy, everything becomes greater. The dynamics of how energy functions hold no judgment of good or bad – it just is. You become subtler, you experience everything bigger. Positives appear bigger, and negatives also become greater.
So, why do we struggle when we spiritually grow?
Well, everything amplifies. So whatever you are resisting or doing your best to avoid, turns up and smacks you in the face in a more powerful way. We then apply more energy to resist it further, and do our best to control, or push down, to not deal with our repressed issues.
This in turn causes more energetic chaos, and because we have become subtler from the spiritual work we have been doing, this chaos is more amplified.
We struggle because we become more conscious and aware of what we are running away from. Until we learn to live in a state of allowance, we will continue to resist what we perceive is wrong or what we fear.
We struggle because our insecurities and vulnerabilities are more deeply and directly experienced. Rising in energy frequency makes us more conscious of everything – this deepens our experiences, making them more profound.
Thankfully through time as we grow and heighten our energies, we will eventually gain understanding all experience is good and positive and what your soul is here to experience.
In fact, all experiences you have are exactly what your soul wants to experience. It knows, that by having them it consciously expands, stepping it closer to vibrationally matching God, and finally allowing your soul to move full circle and be at one, once again with God – full unity with self.

Awesome article. I would like to make a statement though. You said we are all on a journey back to God to obtain completion, but I believe we are already complete and that God is already inside of us. I don’t think we “broke away” from God, we are simply extensions of God meaning that we are still him we are just holistic expressions of our higher selves. Just thought I’d share a little of my opinion. Namaste.

Thanks for your reply I sometimes don’t fully explain myself in my little articles. Yes I agree with lots that you say
God is not separate from us as All things in existence are a part of the one energy and if we believe in a thing called God then we are a part of it. Yes God is inside of us, in fact it exists In an etheric chamber inside the upper medial ventricle of the physical heart. I believe we are little pieces of God existing in this vibrational reality having direct experience. We as soul’s are playing an active role in creation, as after all – God is a creator God. I believe we as souls raise and expand in consciousness through having direct experience – Why? – Something is not fully known, as opposed to understanding, until it is directly experienced.
Each experience we create in our own little world and reality is done through the law of attraction. Each experience expands the consciousness of our soul raising its vibration bringing it closer in frequency to the bigger piece of God that exist in a higher more conscious state in the ethers. We are acting like little probes (little pieces of God) who made a conscious decision to limit who and what we are solely to have direct experience, and it is through this process, that we are moving back home, to reunite fully with who and what we are – God.
I believe somewhere way back in time God made a decision to have direct experience, and this is one of the ways it is doing this. I also believe as soon as God had the thought to do that – it occurred, and we as little pieces of God existing in this reality governed by time and space are experiencing this experience unfolding in a linear time and way.
Where the bigger piece of God exists there is no time or space, there just is the frequency of unconditional love and as a result everything is experienced instantly – the higher the quality of love vibration, the more instant manifestation happens and experienced.
