Very few of us actually observe what is going on within. As a result we randomly create change within our internal vibrations. Not knowing what you are creating means you could be right now creating an energy that is burdening your life.
Through unconscious creation you most likely will create a certain amount of negativity. Law of averages will make that occur. If you are creating negative energy, this will, through the next days and weeks bring to you external experiences to validate what you created inside of yourself. The result of this is burden on some level.
Some questions you may want to ask yourself
- Do I react to people sometimes?
- Do I ever Judge people and situations?
- Do I hold on to what I want to say or feel?
- Am I avoiding any of my issues?
- Do I distract myself with foods, addictions, or busying my life.
- Do I allow myself to feel pity or negative?
- Do I do things that do not value who I am?
These are just some things to think about. If you answered yes to any of the above, you are creating negative burden within your internal vibration. This will always lead you away from happiness and the life you desire.
It is a good thing to just sit in a quite space and get a sense of where in your body you are holding on, what muscles are tense, what pain do I have, what energies am I resisting. When you recognise attachments, restrictions or controlling energies, do your best to let go of struggle and allow them to be there. Allowance is an easy way to dissolve negative based energies.
By just sitting in quite space, letting go of all you hold on to, more self-awareness appears. More awareness you have, the less likely you are of unconsciously creating negative internal energy.
We all from time to time fall into our old patterns and ways, so it is important you stay vigilant in regards to what you are creating.
